Shipping to an international destination is not a problem, but please contact us so we can provide a customised freight and insurance quote. If you wish to purchase more than one item, there may be savings in freight charges as a result of bundling (but we will not bundle if it would compromise the freight result). Any international orders placed without prior contact will be considered null and void, and we will contact you to discuss further. We may incur fees for arranging a refund of money paid, which will reduce the amount of any refund. Click and collect If you wish to collect your purchase from the gallery, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will make arrangements to remove the shipping cost from your order. Insurance Unless specified in the product details, the shipping cost will include transit insurance and a requirement for signature on delivery. Damage in transit If you receive a damaged artwork, Greenoaks Gallery must be notified immediately, no later than 5 days from the date of delivery. Please photograph damage immediately, including packaging damage, and do not dispose of the packaging as this may inhibit any claim on the carrier. We will ask you to complete a Returns Form, with your details, and images of the damaged product and packaging. We will then contact our freight supplier and will keep you up to date regarding the next steps. Please be assured we will give a priority to this process. Change of heart We are not able to refund purchases where there is no damage or fault with the artwork or the framing. Please ensure you select your purchase carefully. If you need additional information before purchasing we will be happy to supply (e.g. additional photographs, additional explanation). Simply contact us before you place your order.
